DomainLLC agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in the specific project proposal or contract. These services may include SEO, PPC management, content creation, and social media management.
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines for campaign launches and reports, digital marketing is a dynamic process. Timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on platform approval processes (e.g., Google Ads review) or technical delays on the client's website.
Invoices for services are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Recurring services (such as monthly SEO or PPC management) are billed in advance of the service month. Late payments may result in a pause of campaign activities.
The client agrees to provide necessary access to website CMS, analytics accounts, and social media profiles required to perform the services. DomainLLC is not responsible for performance delays caused by lack of access.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice, subject to the specific terms outlined in your service contract.
